Guiding Philosophy of Monsoon Methodology©

Monsoon Methodology is developed during the web 2.0 era and hence adopted significant elements of collaborative creation.  Monsoon Methodology underlines:

• An "innovation" that does not have converts is just a dead figment of imagination, so are the "early innovations". Hence winning converts, generating sales and evangelizing an innovation are as important as the innovation itself.

Most humans prefer to just sit, watch and do nothing, and feel that innovation is best left to innovators.  Monsoon Methodology encourages everyone to participate in the process, be it the innovator, scrutinizer, validator, or just adopter.  The methodology provides opportunities for all to benefit in various forms through the process.
